Requirements
- Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and effectively communicate with employees.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement optimal courses of action.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a Private Club, Restaurant, or Hotel.
- A 4-year degree in hospitality is preferred.
- ServSafe and TIPS certification is a plus.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
