Job Description
Capital City Club is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee food and beverage services, create memorable dining experiences, and maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements
- Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and effectively communicate with employees
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement optimal courses of action
- Excellent organizational skills
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a Private Club, Restaurant, or Hotel
- 4-year degree in hospitality (preferred)
- ServSafe and TIPS certification (plus)
