Valet & Bell Attendant

The Cascade Hotel Kansas City is seeking a dedicated Valet & Bell Attendant to join their front-of-house team. This hybrid role provides guests with a warm welcome and seamless service, focusing on delivering exceptional hospitality, and includes both valet and bell operations. The position supports both valet and bell services with a focus on exceeding expectations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a guest-facing hotel or valet role preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
