Job Description
We’re Capital on Tap, a fintech company that provides an all-in-one business credit card & spend management platform. We're looking for a Collections Team Leader to lead and support a team of up to 8 agents to deliver fair customer outcomes and excellent service.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in multi-channel Collections environments
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including GDPR, FCA, Consumer Duty, insolvency, and the Equalities Act
- Proven ability to develop, engage, and motivate teams across remote, hybrid, and onsite settings
