Job Description
Olivia Hospital & Clinic is seeking a Supervisor Registered Nurse, Ambulatory Clinic to provide leadership and support for clinical and administrative duties. This is a full-time position working 80 hours per pay period.
Requirements
- Supervision of assigned staff
- Conducts performance reviews, provides coaching and the first level of discipline
- Maintains and fosters open lines of communication between clinic staff, medical staff, ancillary staff and administration
- Assists with developing policies and procedures and administers them fairly
- Maintains a professional working atmosphere within the department
