Requirements
- Background in corporate development, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity/infrastructure, or transactional FP&A
- Experience in energy transition, industrials, or infrastructure preferred; exposure to carbon capture or decarbonisation economics advantageous
- Strong understanding of capital raising processes
- Advanced financial modelling across project and corporate finance
- Strong grasp of project economics, key value drivers, and cost curves
- Experience supporting M&A, joint ventures, partnerships, or other inorganic growth initiatives
- Ability to assess counterparties' capabilities, incentives, and strategic fit across structures
- Clear and structured communicator, able to distil analysis into executive-level insights
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple workstreams with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent qualification strongly preferred
