Account Executive 2026

CarbonChain is looking for an Account Executive to join their team and help tackle decarbonization head on. The ideal candidate will have a track record of over exceeding quota and experience in a fast-paced start-up or similar business. They will be responsible for developing their territory, building a plan, and executing on that, as well as working alongside Business Development & Marketing to design and implement a Pipeline Generation Plan.

Requirements

• Proven experience in significantly overachieving individual targets in a high-performance SaaS sales organization
• Strong Sales Acumen and knowledge of fundamental sales frameworks
• Excellent Pipeline Generation skills
• Basic knowledge of - and eagerness to learn more about - decarbonisation
• Excellent Executive Presence and ability to change your messaging based on the seniority of your prospect
• Demonstrable track record of identifying, nurturing and testing Champions
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
