Head of Market Development & Specification, North America

We are looking for a Head of Market Development & Specification for our North American region. This position will focus on promoting the adoption of low-carbon concrete by educating and influencing key decision-makers involved in specifications and approvals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, construction materials, engineering, or adjacent industries
• Direct experience working with or influencing DOTs or regulatory bodies, architects, engineers, specifiers, and large owners or developers
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to confidently discuss material performance, standards, approvals, and constructability considerations
• Executive-level communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of the construction supply chain, from owner and designer through contractor and concrete producer, and the priorities of each
