Job Description
We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property, Rambler Tempe, and provide a seamless living experience for residents. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and a dynamic communicator with a warm and professional demeanor.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in property management, preferably in student housing or multifamily
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and optimizing revenue
- Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office, and Gsuite
- Experience leading on-site teams, vendors, and resident engagement programs
- Leadership abilities with experience managing staff and fostering a positive workplace culture
