Job Description
The Sr. Analyst, Process Analytics will drive value creation and process improvement through data-driven process discovery, process analytics, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 3 years work experience in a BPO/ Shared Services industry specializing Process Mapping & Analysis
- Strong business process and workflow analytical skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified - preferred
