PRN Medical Assistant (Certified preferred), LPN, or RN-Clinic

Join Our Team at Cardiovascular Institute of the South, a nationally recognized leader in heart health. As a PRN Medical Assistant (Certified preferred), LPN, or RN-Clinic, you'll support cardiovascular physicians and medical staff in delivering comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in Louisiana and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS a plus)
• Certification as a CMA, RMA, CCMA, NRCMA, or NCMA and at least 400 clinical hours in cardiology
• Experience with EMR systems and accurate clinical documentation
• Proficiency in phlebotomy, EKGs, triage, injections, and assisting in diagnostic testing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered focus
• Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
