Requirements
- Related studies in international development or a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience working at multiple stages/phases of the project cycle, including design, delivery, reporting, evaluation.
- Significant experience in implementing development, resilience, and/or humanitarian programs, including a portion of this experience gained in the Global South;
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to convey complex programming and contexts to a range of audiences;
- Expertise in one or more of the following programming areas: gender equality, crisis response, food and water, economic justice, health, and climate justice;
- Significant experience and commitment to promoting gender equality and implementing gender transformative programs;
- Experience in applying rights-based and gender transformative approaches to programming;
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working partnerships with stakeholders, in particular Country Offices, partners, local organizations, donors, and government officials;
- Demonstrated knowledge, expertise, and passion for international development, resilience, and/or humanitarian work with a focus on quality programs;
- Ability and experience working collaboratively in a matrix management structure;
- Exceptional skills in coordination, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential
