Job Description
Care Initiatives is hiring a Charge Nurse - LPN to provide comprehensive care to residents in a 78-bed long-term care skilled nursing community in Knoxville, IA. As a Charge Nurse, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and demonstrate your compassion, positively influencing the lives of our residents.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Documented completion of State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or ability to obtain within first 90-days of employment
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
- A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion
