Job Description
Creston Specialty Care, a 74-bed long-term care skilled nursing community, is hiring a Charge Nurse - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comprehensive care to residents.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Documented completion of State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or ability to obtain within first 90-days of employment
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
