Job Description
Care Initiatives is now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comprehensive care to residents at Stratford Specialty Care. The successful candidate will be a compassionate LPN with a valid license in Iowa and experience in long-term care.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Documented completion of State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or ability to obtain within first 90-days of employment
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
