Join Care Initiatives as a Charge Nurse - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comprehensive care that truly matters to individuals during their healthcare journey. You will conduct ongoing assessments, deliver direct nursing care, and serve as a clinical leader on the unit.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Documented completion of State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or ability to obtain within first 90-days of employment
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
- A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion
