Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Overnight

Care Initiatives is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comprehensive care to residents at Montezuma Specialty Care. The ideal candidate will have a valid LPN license, current CPR certification, and a strong commitment to helping others. As a Charge Nurse - LPN, you will conduct ongoing assessments, deliver direct nursing care, and serve as a clinical leader on the unit.

Requirements

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Current, valid CPR Certification
• Documented completion of State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or ability to obtain within first 90-days of employment
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
