Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Documented completion of State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or ability to obtain within first 90-days of employment
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
- Strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion
