Requirements

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Current, valid CPR Certification
• Documented completion of State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or ability to obtain within first 90-days of employment
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
• A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion
