LPN/LVN - Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Home Health-PRN-Kerrville/Bandera area. Provide skilled nursing care, support meaningful recovery, and build trusting relationships with patients and families.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted LVN/LPN license in the state of practice.
• One year of clinical experience preferred (home health experience ideal, but growth-ready candidates welcome).
• Strong communication skills, professionalism in the home, and confidence educating patients and caregivers.
• Ability to balance documentation needs with real-time patient care.
• Comfortable working independently while remaining a strong partner to the RN and interdisciplinary team.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
