The role involves providing nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, coordinating care, and monitoring patient health. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Vocational/Practical Nursing
• Current State license as a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse or a multi-state license issued by a state member of the National Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Two years’ experience as a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse in a clinical care setting
• HCHB experience highly preferred
• Proficiency in nursing skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally
