Job Description
Klarus Home Health is looking for PRN / Per Diem Licensed Vocational Nurses (LPN / LVN) to provide community-based care for patients in the Arlington, TX area and surrounding regions.
Requirements
- Provide nursing care to patients of all ages in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary group, patient/family, and referring agency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the supervising RN.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families on health care needs, conditions, and options.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
