Job Description
Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to evaluate patients, provide medical oversight, educate on medication management, and care coordination activities. The role will work with physicians and nurses in a facility and be part of the care team.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in teach back methods desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with diverse individuals (e.g., patients, physicians, hospital staff, and other colleagues)
- Nurse Practitioner License for Kentucky and/or Ohio
