Job Description
Carlsquare, a leading Tech Investment Bank with 13 offices across eight countries, seeks an M&A Associate to support the M&A process, create investment memorandums, conduct valuations, and contribute to team development. Requirements
- Degree completed with “very good” (focus on Finance, Accounting, or similar)
- Three to five years of professional experience in Investment Banking / Transaction Services / Accounting / Strategy Consulting
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills (fluent in German and English)
- Confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- A likeable personality with strengths and weaknesses who appreciates teamwork
