Job Description
Carlsquare, a leading Tech Investment Bank with offices in eight countries, seeks an M&A Associate to contribute to the M&A process, create investment memorandums, conduct valuations, and analyze industry sectors. Requirements
- Degree completed with “very good” (focus on Finance, Accounting or similar)
- Three to five years of professional experience in Investment Banking / Transaction Services / Accounting / Strategy Consulting
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Likeable personality with strengths and weaknesses who appreciates teamwork
