Job Description
Carlsquare, a leading Tech Investment Bank with offices in eight countries, is seeking an M&A Associate. This role involves participating in the M&A process, creating investment memorandums, conducting valuations, and contributing to team development. Requirements
- A degree completed with a grade of “very good” (with a focus on Finance, Accounting or similar)
- Three to five years of professional experience in Investment Banking / Transaction Services / Accounting / Strategy Consulting
- Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and communication skills (fluent in German and English)
- Confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- A likeable personality with strengths and weaknesses who appreciates teamwork
