Job Description
Carlsquare is a leading Tech Investment Bank seeking a M&A Associate to lead each stage of the M&A process directly with clients. The role involves creation of investment memorandums, industry/sector analyses, and guidance of junior analysts. Requirements
- Completed degree (with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or related field)
- 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Accounting, or Strategy Consulting
- Exceeding analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
- Confident use of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sympathetic personality and teamwork skills
