Requirements

• 5+ years prior experience in a Talent role with hands on experience of recruitment and talent development within consulting and including technical talent (Data Science / Data Innovation)
• Experience recruiting at pace to meet changing business demands and priorities with a track record of delivery
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to influence across all levels and build relationships across the external talent market
