Controls Engineering Supervisor

The Controls Engineering Supervisor is a team leader of Controls Engineers responsible for managing and training direct employees, verifying work, and mentoring new hires and current Engineering staff. They will design building automation systems, create sequences of operation, and participate in regular manpower meetings.

Requirements

• Design of complete building automation systems
• Creation of sequences of operation for building systems
• Documentation of BAS design and revision control
• Site-specific configuration of the WebCTRL system
• Programming of control algorithms and interfaces
• Testing and commissioning of building automation systems
• Adherence to project requirements and company and customer standards
• Technical support during the selling process
• Mentorship and development of other Controls Engineers
• Quality control reviews for direct reports
• Leadership and coordination of project timelines and milestones
• Clear communication and expectation setting with manager and project teams
