Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor at Viessmann Limited, you will deliver first-class professional customer service, using various communication methods to resolve customer enquiries, payments, and complaints promptly and effectively. You will be working as part of a team and reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Requirements

• Ensure all telephone calls are answered within a set time frame
• Deal with telephone requests from customers
• Schedule appointments for Warranty call outs, servicing and repairs
• Respond to written enquiries in a professional and timely manner
