Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, I

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent customer service to borrowers and third parties regarding existing real estate mortgage loans. The role involves answering incoming calls, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving customer issues in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Customer service/call center experience preferred
• Banking, Mortgage/Loan Servicing industry experience preferred
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) skillset preferred
