Account Manager (Phone Based)

We're looking for an Outbound Account Manager to build strong relationships with dealer management teams across their portfolio, developing long-term partnerships that deliver value for both clients and carsales. The role involves understanding each dealer's business objectives, challenges, and priorities, and using that insight to recommend tailored solutions from the carsales product suite.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer or account management and B2B sales
• A proven track record in phone sales with consistent revenue delivery
• Understanding of dealership operations and the automotive industry
• Knowledge of digital media and advertising
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a solutions-based approach
