Job Description
Carta connects founders, investors, and limited partners through world-class software, purpose-built for everyone in venture capital, private equity and private credit. The company is looking for a Compensation Manager to manage key Total Rewards initiatives, consult on employee total compensation, and partner with various teams to develop job architectures and associated compensation structures.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in compensation and/or total rewards
- Advanced analytical and data management skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
- Proficiency with HR tools and systems (Workday preferred)
- Hands-on experience with salary survey participation and market pricing (Radford preferred)
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, job architecture, market pricing, and equity administration
- Demonstrated ability to scale processes in a high-growth environment
