Job Description
A Carter Lumber Human Resources Coordinator plays an important role in supporting our people and our stores, helping carry out key HR functions, including employment processes, DOT compliance, and employee relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to analyze and solve problems in a fast-paced environment with time constraints
- Basic knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and policies within the HR field
- Capacity to communicate clearly and convey information in an organized, credible and concise fashion
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with VICTIG or JJ Keller
