Job Description
Carter Machinery Company is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Elkridge, Maryland. The role requires a minimum four years of related experience, a professional electrician's license, and HVAC trade certification. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing high-level service and maintenance to assigned facilities.
Requirements
- High mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent driving record, with valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work additional hours to meet demands.
- Ability to occasionally operate heavy machinery in a safe manner.
