Associate Recruiter, Talent Acquisition

At Carvana, we’re changing the way people buy and sell cars. We’re looking for an Associate Recruiter to provide professional recruitment services and ensure our operations department meets all staffing needs. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting screenings and interviews, and developing hiring strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full cycle and high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience using recruiting applications and creative methods to source qualified candidates
• Experience working with hiring managers and exploring sourcing strategies to match the needs of the team
• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable with change and can easily adapt
