At Carvana, we’re changing the way people buy and sell cars. We're looking for a Recruiter to join our Operations Talent team to provide professional recruitment services and ensure our operations department meets all staffing needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle and high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience using recruiting applications and creative methods to source qualified candidates.
• Experience working with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies to match the needs of the team.
• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable with change and can easily adapt.
