Carvana is changing the way people buy and sell cars. We're looking for a Recruiter to join our Operations Talent team, providing recruitment services to ensure our operations department meets all staffing needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle and high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience using recruiting applications and creative methods to source qualified candidates
• Experience working with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies to match the needs of the team
