Carvana is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager, People Business Partner Team to oversee talent development, drive organizational effectiveness, and execute talent programs and processes. The role requires 5+ years of experience in talent development, operations leadership, organizational development, or human resources, and a bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in talent development, operations leadership, organizational development, or human resources
- 5+ years' of people leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
- Prior experience creating or implementing a people strategy for an hourly workforce
