Carvana is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to partner with senior leaders in assigned departments in the development of a people and talent strategy and roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent development, a high level of flexibility and commitment, and the ability to tackle ambiguity and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Training or related field
- At least 2 years of experience partnering with senior leadership on talent initiatives, including coaching managers
- Experience with HR technology required
- Solid organizational and project management skills
- Ability to analyze data to identify solutions
- High degree of integrity and honesty
- Excellent communication, including facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to coach and motivate others with high influencing skills
- Energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions
- Ability to operate autonomously with limited supervision
