We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to bring a broad range of knowledge to the departments and initiatives, partner with senior leaders to cultivate and execute talent strategies, and develop and execute aligned, data-informed talent decisions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Training or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience partnering with senior leadership on talent initiatives, including coaching managers.
- Experience with HR technology required.
- Solid organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data to identify solutions.
- High degree of integrity and honesty.
- Excellent communication, including facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to coach and motivate others with high influencing skills.
- Energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions.
- Ability to operate autonomously with limited supervision.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
