Manager, Clinical

Manager, Clinical at CASA Mental Health. The role provides daily clinical and operational leadership to the Comprehensive School-Based Mental Health Program. Collaborates with school administrations to develop service pathways and mental health programs. Attends cultural competency training sessions and integrates traditional Indigenous mental health and wellness practices into western approaches.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical psychology or social work (with psycho-social intervention designation)
• Minimum of five years of clinical practice in child and family mental health and/or youth addictions
• Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously, independently and to prioritize work activities
• Experience working in school settings or with school administrations and/or support teams is desirable
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license, reliable vehicle and ability to travel to and from local partner Indigenous communities
