Job Description
Casca is building AGI for banking and seeking a Chief of Staff to manage CEO priorities and drive cross-functional alignment. The role requires 3+ years of management consulting experience or strategic roles at high-growth tech companies. Responsibilities include managing internal projects, driving operational excellence, and coordinating across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of management consulting experience at a leading firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.) or strategic roles at high-growth tech companies
- Proven ability to structure complex operational challenges, build scalable processes, and drive execution in fast-paced startup environments
- Experience managing internal operations, team coordination, or chief of staff responsibilities at high-growth companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work across both quantitative analysis and qualitative strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to coordinate across all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executive leadership
