We are seeking a Country Manager to drive growth, own P&L, and lead market expansion for our client's new regional hub in Europe.
Requirements
- Lead regional commercial strategy, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, carriers, and local partners to drive revenue and service excellence.
- Develop and execute targeted sales plans to achieve growth, market penetration, and revenue goals.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with ocean/air carriers and agents to ensure competitive positioning.
