Program Manager - Logistics

Program Manager - Logistics position is responsible for driving and managing global programs in Asia for a retail key account, improving SOP, service performance, KPI, and developing new initiatives. The role requires strong business communication and presentation skills, as well as a team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in international logistics, preferably with experience in country operations and managing global accounts
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships at various levels
• Strong acumen to adopt & adapt new information, processes and technologies
• Address problems and gaps with a curious and analytical mindset, coupled with a strong passion in driving and achieving service excellence
• Able to travel to countries (when traveling is allowed and deemed safe) for customer related visits
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft programs including excel (advance level), powerpoint
