Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse works as an integral member of the team providing services to senior residents who are aging in place or are clients in the Mental Health Clinics/PROS who are diagnosed with a behavioral health concern.
Requirements
- NYS Licensed Professional Nurse
- Certification in behavioral health clients or 3 years of experience working with the behavioral health population
- Excellent time management, organizational and computer skills
- Ability to appropriately evaluate and intervene in crisis situations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Bilingual preferred (Chinese, Korean, Russian, Spanish)
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends) as assigned
- Able to travel throughout the five boroughs as needed
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs
