The Licensed Practical Nurse works with senior residents and clients in mental health clinics to provide wellness services, develop care plans, and facilitate coordinated care.

Requirements

• NYS Licensed Professional Nurse
• Certification in behavioral health clients or 3 years of experience working with behavioral health population
• Excellent time management, organizational and computer skills
• Ability to appropriately evaluate and intervene in crisis situations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Bilingual (Chinese, Korean, Russian, Spanish)
• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends)
• Able to travel throughout the five boroughs
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs
