Customer Success Manager

Requirements

• 5+ year of experience in a Customer Success or sales role at a high growth SaaS software or technology vendor
• Experience working with Networking, Security or AI Software solutions
• Understanding of AI security fundamentals and emerging risks
• Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively listen and truly understand customer needs
• Ability to influence and persuade at all levels
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Dutch language skills preferable
