Requirements
- 5+ year of experience in a Customer Success role at a high-growth SaaS software, technology vendor, or Cybersecurity company
- Experience in full commercial negotiations and technical escalation
- Experience and exposure working with networking or security software solutions
- Ability to effectively listen and truly understand customer needs and find sustainable solutions
- Ability to influence and persuade at all levels and gain a 'Trusted Advisor' status with key stakeholders
