Causaly is redefining how humans acquire knowledge and develop insights in biomedicine. We are looking for a highly proactive, technically curious RevOps Manager to help us build and evolve a modern, AI-native go-to-market engine.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Growth Ops, Business Systems, or a similar role
- Hands-on with HubSpot (or another CRM) and experience building workflows and automation
- Technically curious and comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Experience wiring systems together using APIs, webhooks, or no/low-code tools
- Move fast, ship work, and learn by doing
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and do not need everything clearly defined upfront
- Take initiative naturally and do not wait to be told what to do next
